Refund Policy
Returns
Refunds will not be applicable if the order has been dispatched. If the customer cancels the order before dispatch, they will receive the full refund of their order amount.
Once the order has been dispatched, our Replacement Policy comes into effect. The Replacement Period for all products lasts for 7 days. Different products may have different Replacement Periods. Kindly check individual Product Descriptions for exact Replacement Period. During the Replacement Period, if there are any defects which arise within the product, not including physical/accidental damage, then we will replace the product for free. we does not provide any satisfaction guarantee on any products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
In order to get the product changed the company, "kayaveeda" may ask you to share pictures of the damaged product. Once the claim has been verified we will be happy to replace your product for free.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that fall under the 'intimate' or 'sanitary' goods category, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the case is approved, then your refund will be processed instantly, and a credit will automatically be added to your "kayaveeda" account.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your "kayaveeda" account, followed by the bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially updated.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
